Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscription Refund Policy

We collect different types of information to operate and improve NexoGMS:

Monthly Subscription:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription date.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.

Annual Subscription:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the subscription start date.
• No refunds will be issued after the 30-day window.

Free Trial:

• NexoGMS offers a 7-day free trial to experience the platform before purchasing.
• No refunds are applicable for trial users.

Cancellation:

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

2. Lifetime Plan Policy

• Lifetime plans are valid for 10 years from the subscription date.
• After the 5th year, a minimal service fee (not exceeding 50% of the prevailing subscription cost) may apply for the next five years.
• Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after the initial 7-day or 30-day refund windows.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at office@nexotech.cc with:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Invoice Number
• Reason for Refund Request

We will review and process eligible refunds within 10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription fees beyond the refund eligibility period
• Setup or onboarding fees, if applicable
• Services involving third-party platform costs
• Discounted or promotional deals
• Payments related to completed and approved custom projects

5. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
