These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexoGMS, including our web applications, mobile applications, and related services ("Services").
By accessing or using NexoGMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and updated information when registering.
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the Service legally and ethically.
• Not misuse NexoGMS for unauthorized or illegal activities.
• Not compromise system security or integrity.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

SaaS Subscription:

• Monthly Subscription: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase.
• Annual Subscription: Refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
• Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available before payment.

Lifetime Plan:

• Valid for 10 years.
• After 5 years, a minimal service fee (up to 50% of prevailing rates) may apply.

Payment Processing:

• All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and ownership of NexoGMS and its software remain with Nexotech Solutions.
• Clients are given a non-exclusive license to use the platform during active subscription periods.

7. Third-Party Services

• NexoGMS may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay for payments).
• We are not responsible for any failures or liabilities caused by third-party platforms.

8. Data Privacy and Security

We protect your data with strong security practices but cannot guarantee 100% security.
By using NexoGMS, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• Payments are overdue.
• Unauthorized or illegal activities are detected.
• Abuse of services is reported.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 6 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexotech Solutions and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Alappuzha, Kerala, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before approaching the courts, both parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through discussion and negotiation.

14. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective once posted on our website. Continued use of NexoGMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
