  • SaaS Access: NexoGMS is delivered digitally via web and mobile applications.
  • No Physical Goods: We do not ship any physical products.

2. Delivery Timeline

For SaaS Subscriptions:

  • Access credentials (login details) are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment confirmation and onboarding.
  • In case of technical or operational delays, clients will be informed via email.

For Custom Development Projects:

  • Delivery timelines are defined clearly in the mutually agreed Work Order or Project Agreement.
  • Project deliverables will be shared phase-wise or at project completion, depending on the agreed milestones.
  • Deliverables may include source code, compiled applications, technical documentation, or access credentials, as applicable

3. Mode of Delivery

  • SaaS subscription services are delivered via online portals or mobile applications.
  • Custom project deliverables are delivered through:
    • Email attachments
    • Secure file transfer links
    • Access credentials to hosting servers, repositories, or deployed environments

4. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all agreed delivery timelines, certain circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other force majeure events) may cause delays. In such cases:

  • Clients will be notified promptly via email.
  • Revised delivery schedules will be mutually discussed.

We are not liable for delays caused by client-side factors, such as incomplete information, delayed approvals, or payment issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
    • Timely approvals for milestones
    • Prompt payment as per the agreed schedule
  • Delays in client responsibilities may result in proportional adjustments to delivery timelines.

6. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your SaaS login details or custom deliverables within the communicated timeline, please contact us immediately at office@nexotech.cc for prompt assistance.

7. Service Activation and Completion

  • For SaaS subscriptions, the service is considered activated once login credentials are provided.
  • For custom development, the service is considered delivered upon submission of the final agreed deliverables and written client approval.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
